Hey all,

Will the AI drivers in the other cars such as the 250GTO's and such calm down and not be so erratic with **** driving? I'm annoyed with them swerving into me and then driving off when I'm driving in a civil manner, and pulling upto a junction.

yeah i agree thats a joke imo they should just drive like the AI traffic does.

I hope it aint like that in the full version, hopefully they will act more like the AI rolleyesa

They should be called A.D. Artificially Dumb. I spun one out and it hit a tree and it didnt even reverse, it was just wheelspining into a tree forever, And suicidal A.D. is really annoying, i get a Viper trying to get into my exhaust when im pulled over, ARGH and suicidal pedestrian cars driving into oncoming traffic, its funny but stupid. SORT IT OUT! :salut2:

they did say they was working on the AI so hopefully this wont be in the final version what really annoys me is that im just waiting at a stop sign for a space to pull out when i get rammed by the AI racers and the police come after me eekblue: :nuts:

The only kool thing about the AI at the moment is that they get racey if you burn past them and they're dawdling or driving stupid. I would like to see the police go after them too in the final game.

Side note: Anymore news on Demo #2?

Not all the time, but I certainly wouldn't crash into other cars and trees and stuff. For example, my boss has a chipped 911 Carrerra4S running 426bhp, and he does use that power, but not excessively. He may bomb it up to speed on the motorway, but not overly fast so that he has to use the rear of another car to slow himself down!

when the roads allow it i would use the power as i do on my bike but most of the time i ride normally, as like in the game i dont want to get pulled over by the police.

do you want this arcady or sim?? seems like a bit of both to me.

At 200 km/h in a 250 GTO, its very easy to get dead. In real life, very few drivers will truly gun their expensive cars, even when theyve rented a race track.

This was aptly demonstrated in a recent Top Gear episode - a pro driver - Sabina Schmidt or something - was trying to beat the presenters laptime around the Nurburgring - he had used a Merc, and she was using a Ford Transit van.

You could see as she was lapping like crazy how she was overtaking guys with Porsches.

yeah and it where both diesels....

Also Sabrina Knows the Nordschleiffe the best of everyone who drives it these days... Why?
She has a socalled Ringtaxi(M5) Witch she uses to drive normal persons around the track with as fast as possible... This way se have done more then 10000 laps around the track and now knows every little bump etc...
