First of all i would like to apologise to the Mods of this Forum for my fellow racing enthousiasts. I understand that you guys have the tough task of keeping this forum clean and free of spam and swearing.
Please do not take things personal, sometimes people start acting a little weird to say the least. Thank you all for your hard work and devotion
Second of all i would like to say congrats to Atari and Eden Games for an amazing game in progress! (and special thanks to Eden for making Porsche Unleashed, back in the days. Most fun race game i ever played! By far!)
I think TDU is going to be "The Arcade Racer" of the year!
NFS Carbon is nothing compared to TDU.
Over a hundred cars, good music, a whole Island at our disposal, Avatar and car Customisation, a personal garage, superb grafix, and hopefully some fast paced gameplay tot match!
I haven't been able to play the demo yet although i have seen it a couple of times. yes, indeed i am a devoted PC-gamer and i'm glad Atari hasn't forgotten about us. I'm sure i will buy the game, although there has been some disturbing news about the price of the game here in Europe.
But, like most people i will gladly pay the price if we (Atari and the Consumers) can meet each other half way.
They provide the game with additional patches (if needed) and maybe upgrades, and deliver something that isn't "just like any other racer".
But something that is never seen before and "jaw-droppingly" beautiful
Then i think gamers would gladly pay the slightly higher price here in Europe.
I hope Atari does well with this game and has some luck, for a change...
:atari:
Most important, Please do not go the NFS carbon way in the future! Do not go for the flashy neons and the tuner car looks, please no lightspeed hatchbacks and shoppingcart handling, But stick to what you do best, Making the best of the best! (yes i'm talking about NFS porsche Again! And TDU)
To all you, who would like to thank the Mods and Developers, this tread is all yours!
please keep it civilised!
Thank you for reading this, i just needed to say what i thought, needed to be said.
My Greetings to all of you!
