ive heard you can ad decals to some cars?

what are these decals? are they in the game itself or can you use your own custom ones?

There arenīt decals..

1) They havenīt been in ANY screenshots and
2) We were told that all tuning in only to the engine

there are decals, you heard this in the xbox forums by me - i think. Only on a few cars though.

what i have heard is in a mag saying that at a paint shop you can choose from the body paint or decals(which are on some cars) its just what you get on a ford gt or dodge viper thats all, its nothing like nfs decals

ye all it is is the manufacters decals not your nfs stuff just standard stripes down the middle you get (vipers,ford gts)thats all mdr1

reading the magazine, taking an itsy bitsy little quote from the review (i hope this is legal!)

USE THE Colour palette to select the perfect new hue for your pride and joy. You can even select highlight colours and decals for some cars.

for those that have the magazine, the quote is from above the top middle screenshot on page 83.

you can't put stripes down the middle on any car it comes with certin cars like ford gts and vipers so there is no 360 modena with cs stripes even tho we all want it but knowing atari and eden games they could bring anything out like decals packs and rumour have it there maybe a real time weather download so we could see the night

you can change the interior when purchasing and at paint shops dotted around the island.

Decals would ruin the body work of the supercars in-game, but I don't want any ricer cars, however if you want to play a ricer game with supercars then buy the next NFS, which is not a true NFS.

They really should have just started calling those games "The Fast and the Furious: the Game" rather than sully the name of the once glorious NFS franchise.

If there weere decals for all cars, this would be useful as if you were in a club, you could have a small decal on the side or windows saying your club name etc. just to show what club you're in (just a nice little touch) 10sur10

That interview is from the end of November 2005. Things have changed.

i have never seen this vibro speak so to me he ain't anybody big :o so he is a dev well anybody can say there a dev for a game, like quaid 66 came on and said he was a pro reviewer and you all started asking questions so ok he was a pro reviewer but i could come in and say im working on downloadable packs for atari and you would believe me mdr1
