Ha ha i like that it makes me sound like some kind of ***** dealer for product information ;]. To answer the question, i'm not a mod- more a kind of casual passer-by. But, before anyone screams "PLANT! PLANT! He's a PLANT BURN HIS FACE OFF!!" I do actually work for Atari here in the UK. Hopefully i'll be able to chip in with useful information now and then.

Ha ha all apologies for the swearing ;]. So i guess Ten has been keeping you all informed about the various updates on Test Drive? Well i just wanted to say that i'll be able to give you a little more EXCLUSIVE information this afternoon- some time around 2pm, is my estimate. Rest assured that you will not be disappointed......

Just to confirm, THERE IS NO NEWS on the demo as yet. I sit next to the product manager (boy does that guy work hard) and even HE doesn't know when it's coming.

Yeah i already know what Tenebra's "Surprise" is. When i got the MSN message, tea shot out of my nose and into my shiney new keyboard. In fact it nearly splashed onto the big stack of dvd's on my desk with "TEST DRIVE DO NOT COPY OR DISTRIBUTE OR WE'LL COME AND BREAK YOUR LEGS" written on it. In Blood.

I had a Paolino, a Vincent and a Gordon. Gordon looked like this -> :hallucin: in his last year, a cross between a micro black bunny and an oriental rodent. Poor creature developed a tumor on his head and had him operated, he ended up with almond shaped eyes and bunny ears :mefiant:

I had to write a guide for the people in the office to show them how to use the scales for the post, there was uproar becasue i work with a bunch of idiots!! then the postie went ape**** at us because apparently no one else bothered to follow this new stupid post thing and that we were a pain in the ****!!

the addresses would be used to send warnings to the parents of all the spammers telling them not to do it again.

That's right my newfound forum friends- TDU has officially gone GOLD. To quote the press release:

For the record, "Going Gold" means that the master disk has been created by Eden, submitted to Microsoft and has passed submission. Then it's just a question of burning a few squillion of them and waiting.
