Well, I know that Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Lancia are owned by FIAT group.
Lamborgini and Bugatti are owned by Audi.
Pagani is, I think, independent.

For others I don't know/care.

GM didn't decided to divorce FIAT, it was the other way around and GW won't keep the 10% ownership.

And as for FIAT Group... it owns Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Lancia and FIAT automobili. Ferrari owns Maserati so you can find them in joint dealerships. There are plans to join Alfa and Maserati together, but it hasn't be realized yet.

Volkswagen Auto Group are the holders of VW, Bugatti, Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini, and Bentley, as reported by their website. SEAT I believe is one that is under a branch.

Ford no longer owns Jaguar, but do own Mazda.

BTW, Chrysler, and Mercedes-Benz would actually either be

Most sportscar companys are owned by bigger automotive companys... Only one I'm not sure about is Pagani.
