When scrolling the screens in TCNY, the screen scrolls smoothly for 1 second then jumps, then scrolls for 1 second then jumps. There are no graphic options in the game so how do I go about stopping this? Running with the latest TCNY euro patch, Windows XP pro SP2, Athlon XP 2800+, Geforce 6200 graphics, Gigabyte ga-7vt600l mobo. Latest drivers, bios, chipset, etc.
