I received my VGA cable today and i plugged it into my PC monitor set the highest resolution and played TDU oh my god! The graphics look so much better. I am slightly dissapointed cos it takes ages to set up so i wont be doing it again but the interior is so much easier to see for example the dials. Its really frustrating but i was curious to know who is and who isnt playing in HD.
So will you be using the full potential of TDU or just 3 quarters?

if i could, i would.
no HD monitor or TV means i cant. and a minimal bank balance means i wont for a while. :(
have watched a hd tele but nothing amazingly different, its not like its in 3d or something just has a slight better picture quality but nothing stood out to me

So with a projector do you see the colors crisp and stuff? All the projectors ive ever seen had like faded colours and stuff and you could easily see the wall and stuff.
I didnt mean to say stuff more than once lol

How do you have an HD projecter? They always seemed like they made bad pictures to me.. :mefiant: I like my DLP's anywho...

The only thing that's bad is that you wont get the light that is in a plasma/lcd, projectors are generally darker than normal tv's so you cant watch it in a sunny room :) but the picture is great when you play HDTV at 720/1080 dpi :)

You wont get a super picture but if you sit a bit away from the "screen" it looks really good :)

Depending on screen size, how far you sit away from the screen and the room lighting, the picture can be very clear and colorful. Of course it's also a matter of the right setting up of the pojector options. But believe me, even with a gamepad, playing NfS Most Wanted or FlatOut 2 at full resolution (1280x720 on my side), it is just AMAZING compared to a 19" TFT screen. Of course you can't compare the brilliance of the whole picture, but the whole ambience and the size itself make it unbelievable. And don't get me started on HD movies, you won't want to go to cinema anymore mdr1

I just bought myself a 19" widescreen TFT monitor to use as my tv (since I donīt watch tv, I just play and watch dvds...)
So HD for me mdr1
After playing a month with normal tv, this resolution and widescreen seem Heaven :)

HD @ my dads and SD @ my mums, so i'll be playing it more at my dads, also cos there i have Live connection.
There should be an option saying "SD, but HD all the way!".
