McLaren F1 LM VS Ferrari Enzo very good video in the sence they show how to start them MY GOD I NEARLY FAINTED OMG THATS SO BLOODY BEAUTIFUL
how lucky would you be to own and drive an Enzo AND a Mclaren F1 AND AND its the EXTREAMLY RARE (1 of 5) (1 of three in the Orange paint) LM edtion of the very rare Mclaren :eek2::eek2::eek2:

The LM is a beaut, but her sister, the GT, is much rarer with only 2 made, and 1 unknown.
BTW, that is HOW the McLaren should sound, not like a F430.

McLaren F1 LM brings back memories...
I remember in some old NFS game, I think it was Road Challenge, me and my friend used to race each other.. He always got the F1, and I always got the CLK GTR. In that game you could tune the cars, so we were always working on them... His F1 had a great acceleration, but my CLK GTR had an awesome top speed :)
Good old days of NFS...

i love the sound of that mclaren better than the enzo when it starts i think
The Mclaren looks like a plane inside with all the switches.
that guy is so lucky lol.
i would rather have a mclaren f1 out of the two. instead of an enzo i would have a carrera gt

He's quite true in saying that both are an investment, because they arent going to be made again, and anything that is built after tham probably wont have the same name.
The only reason i would ever buy a F1, would be to have it as an investment and tie up some money. Other than that, i wouldnt buy one.

i would too and being that bloody rich i would bring it to car shows and have a staff watch over it put tape around it and show it off it would always be one of the main attractions and talk to ppl about it not being a D*ck but just to show a very beautiful rare car and make a day of it to have some fun :)

Cool video :bravo:
But I don't like the Fith Gear Dude...Clarkson is THE man mdr1
No offence but your all mad. I'd buy an F1 or an Enzo within a heartbeat. I wouldn't be buying them for investment either. If you have that much money to invest there are better ways. I would buy them for the experience of owning one, not to mention the experience of driving one. It is an investment, a decent Mcl F1 will go for over 1 mil apparently and a half decent one around the 800k mark. I think they are going the way of the 250GTO and to a lesser extent the F40. I would say that even though both cars are relatively new they are collectors cars already.

Of course they are collector, only for their price they already are! Not to mention that not everyone can own a Enzo because you get "chosen" by ferrari.

F250GTO got it right, if you want to invest there are better ways than cars. These cars are meant to be driven to be enjoyed not walled up in a glass case so their engines goto hell.
always a few rich people that snap up these cars tho and do silly things like the one guy that bought a F40 when they first came out and had it built into his living room.

not true he stated it costs 30,000 quid (what ever that is in us dollors sorry i only know us dollor system lol lolblue: ) to tune up even if the guy dont drive them ever 6 mouths he tunes them up and keeps them up to full driveing specs
this guy rich as he is takes very great care of his supercars i respect that
BUT i agree with you like i stated b4 and ill state again
if i owned a F1 i would take it to car shows car compation shows park it put some tape around it show it off start it rev the engain and in the summer drive it to get some icecream and such
not drive it as much as my oh lets say.....Lamborghini Gallardo but still have that one as my "everday car" and my F1 as my prize car

Most people have different views on cars. If someone had a £5million car collection, you would drive the cars as much as you could, but you still have other commitments, so its nice just to go out and have a look and display them. Thats what i would do.

why do you say 6 mouths all the time? It's months lol
If I had that much money I would have the freedom to do what I want. So I would reserve the weekend to visit tracks. I wouldn't do shows, it's not as much fun. I think it would be good to drive around the city and park in random places, I don't think it would be long before someone started to speak to you. Give a kid a ride around the block and it would make their year. They would remember it for the rest of their lives. I would get satisfaction from doing things like that, more than I would from winning shows or even driving around a track.

Funnily enough, I've met and spoken to that man. Peter Saywell, very nice bloke (happy to talk to you, and isnt ignorant or anything). He got the first production Koenigsegg CCX (first one to go to a customer), in Metallic Blue with Top Gear wing. Which i have pictures of, which is where my avatar originated from.
His son-in-law drove down to Goodwood race circuit a few weeks back in his Ford GT and he bought down the CCX. It was at the Annual GTD40 car club track day, which, we took the F430 down for the day. :)
we took the F430 down for the day. :)
Nice choice :)

you misunderstood me my friend true i would like to win shows but i am with you and i would do that as well
i would not stick my nose up to ppl but be down to earth with ppl much like a hippy hell i got the look part down  lol
hell i got the look part down  lol
I look down on people who look down on people. heh, toung twister.
I understand what your saying though, I didn't mean it like that. I see those car shows as stressful and little fun, compared to other things you can do with the cars but hey, it's down to a matter of opinion again, you would probably enjoy it and I probably wouldn't. It doesn't mean either of us is wrong or anything.

IF you go into a full bore car compation yeah polishing stressing hopeing to win no fun
im talking around here we got this place and in the summer once a mouth at the end of the mouth car clubs get togeather and have a car showing true prizes are awarded but ppl here in Mass (in the us where i live) know what the true meaning of owning a car is its layed back ppl walk around talk about there cars show it off all for fun
witch i would do i mean just the look on a little kids face and eyes as he stares at my McLaren F1 would be priceless i would feel so proud and i would say something corny like "if you stay in school work realy hard you some day may own one" lol but yeah its much more then a car as well all know
its an emotional expression a joy a rush and that gos far beyond driveing it or owning it or showing it off
going 240 on a track or talking and seeing a look on a little childs face is equal to me or even a random preson runing up 20 to 30 year old NICE CAR MAN HOLY COW I NEVER SEEN A CAR THAT BAD A$$ and talking to me about it would mean the world to me as much as going 240 in sed car

One of the nicest things is when you take a friendly kid out for a drive in a Ferrari, when they love the car, its all they dream of when they are younger. We done that at Goodwood, as the kid wasnt allowed out on the track durring the day, so on the slow parade lap, i took photos instead. :)
Stuff like that i think should be done, as its just being nice.
Its still fun taking the cars to shows, events and track days. I enjoy just sitting in the cars.
Edit: Its like when i had the exclusive chance of sitting in the Ferrari 599GTB at Goodwood (the Black one). I just admire the quality and the workmanship. Yeh, you think 'most people wont sit in this car, only a few lucky people', but, i more enjoy looking at the paddle shift, centre console, LC button, big yellow rev counter and a speed-ometer.
Its why i take pictures and write up mini-reviews / articles because i enjoy it that much, its not about rubbing it in peoples faces. I dont particularally like people who do, neither do i like ignorant jealous people. :)

You just have to accept it to be honest. We dont mind the odd few, but its a bit annoying when the car is covered in them. But most people just enjoy looking at them.
Its funny driving along and seeing people taking pictures on their phones in your mirrors.
And the people who where in the tunnel we went through at the same time where lucky, what a sound. As Tom Ford said, as soon as you get your Ferrari, find a long tunnel, drop it down a gear and wind down your windows and give it some.
As you should do with any supercar, its a unoffical law :)
Anyway, enough supercars for one evening for me. lol :)
