read this, he says something about car clubs and i figured it would help every1 who is setting one up.

Sounds dodgy to me he said "you have $100,000 to start with (I think)" thats wrong for a start well we seen it to be $200,000. And to get that sort of thing wrong is not exactly hard to remember considering you havnt played it long. :mefiant:

I thought that Atari would just take orders and relay this information to the resellers, to be delivered with everyone elses preordered games. It's strange that they are sending it out before or with the resellers versions.

NOS IS **** lol cheap mans horsepower and it distroys your engain you want real power try a turbo charger or a superchager why do you think all the best cars in the world dont use nos and 90% can beat a car will full blown nos with out even a supercharger? true some have turbos but even that proves my point

I can't find an answer anywhere. Anyone else know if you can transfer funds between players or club members?
Isn't it possible to buy cars off players, like the rare classics? If this is true then I suppose you could sell any car. So you could just sell a car for more than it costs to transfer the money? I don't know.

Is it cheating amoungst club members if everyone agrees to hand over the money for a club house. Sounds more like teamwork to me. :)

A gathering of communities: Players can create or join a club to talk, chat, trade, race or organize club-based competitions and tournaments
I'm guessing by the word trade you can transfer money somehow. 22k per club member gets you that club then. Does it come with a club house or is that extra?

BTW I think I remeber hearing that in order to make a car club you have to buy a car club house this might be why it is so expensive.

Atari and Microsoft both do some testing on retail 360s. This is to make sure the discs that have been made are in working order.
That's why he has it.
trade as in meaning cars, trading cars with people seems more like it rather than trading money.!!!

doesnt a supercharger lower the horsepower, as it takes power from the driveshaft? or am i talking out my butt?

no a supercharger runs off the the engines crankshaft and can greatly improve the engine performance its limited by the engine. In other words the more displacement the smaller the pully the more potential for more power. example: Ford GT makes 550 bhp but with a smaller pully it can make upwards to 800 and with a bigger blower 900 to 1000 bhp.
turbochargers run off the engines exhaust but have to be spoiled up to its required rpm before you can get the full power out of the engine. each have their downs and each have their ups it all really comes down to what you want.
its pretty complicated and would take all day to tell you the differences just go to howstuffworks.com and looks up superchargers and then turbochargers.

yeah what he said but its going to take me even longer because the aston is expensive thank god my first aston isnt planned to be the db4 because it will take ages to get that
Wel if i do have time to play the game with school I will try to earn some extra cash that i wll put towards the club because I will have a 3 day head start.
