Crashday error

when i tryed to play the game (crashday) it saying ' unable to initate direct x 9.0c' could any 1 please help me.

Well guy's i have this problem that i have crashday, i installed it and dry'd to play it but nofthing hapens, then i downloaded a demo ver. and installed it and it played perfectly. Please could some one help me whit that????? :noooo:
