What are the "Panoramic Viewpoints" given on the big map in the TDU box?

Ive gone to one or two and they are very pretty....great graphical work :atari:

But do they actually do anything?

no they are just pretty sites to take pics of.

but i find that you can only take pictures of the car?? You cant really move the main focal area off of the car can you??

Yeh i would have liked to take pictures of the whole viewpoint...i especially like the waterfalls...I think its E9
