do u think that the police fines cost 2 much?

i had 3 cops after me i get fines like 60k n i had 1 cop after me b4 i got fines 40k!

i think that crashing into about 10 cars, knocking down about 5 public signs and smacking into at least 2 police cars would cost a little more than 60K if anything!

Also depends on your ranking, on expert it's multiplied by 7, I had about 70k but it wasn't enough to pay the fine so was sent to prison

Nope i think there fine, ive had 1 fine which was around 60k and another which was around 100k but managed to loose the cops before they stopped me specialdri

its pathetic, the fines are. a little nudge into a police car and i got a 15,000 fine. its stupid.

Personally, my worst fine so far has been $1,000. Thats not the highest fine, its the one I got on the last corner of a time trial, where I clipped a cop car - which gave me one badge, and came to a halt, which got me the fine, thus failling the time trial, and wasting 5 minutes of my life..
(me, bitter? nahhh! :P )

Seriously though, you generally only get police interest if you crash into other cars, and that only happens if you can't control your car at the speeds you're driving..... rolleyesa


Note, if you're not racing, you can simply hit right d-pad, bring up the GPS, and when you go back to your car, the cops are gone ;)

Even if you evade them you can still get fined.

I think the fines are far too much... but it means I try to be more careful.

Nah, you go there for 30 seconds if you dont have enough cash.

Given the choise, I'd rather go to prison than pay the fines.

You cant get fined when in a race or time trial weirdblue

You can still get stopped, and it tells you the damage you caused though :wink:

Well it's not always true, I had AI racers crash into me while I was cruising, sending me off into AI traffic and giving me a wanted level.

I've also had AI traffic make sudden moves, carashing into other AI traffic making it very hard to avoid an accident.

BTW my highest fine so far was 71,000 ;)
