So not only do the yanks get TDU for $39.99, they have also been given 2 free cars.

I take it that you haven’t been on to the market place yet because we get those cars as well (but if you have tried it is because they are having technical problems)

Ive been on marketplace and the only new thing to do with TDU is the first demo in a series that should have been up weeks ago as it advises of the cars in the game. If youve already bought it you will know whats available by visiting the showrooms

The cars are not on the Marketplace. I have visited it several times.
I suggest you look at the Marketplace.

if so my xbox is messing around again because it only shows the demo and 2 movies

Mine must be messing around even more since I only have 1 demo and 1 movie.

they will be added to the marketplace soon but people with codes from play.com ect have downloaded them with their exclusive downloads

skyline??? i dont see any skylines in the car lists..

and i cant download the 2 free cars either.. :(

PLUS if u preordered from game u got a mclearn F1. but i cant find that either :(

hmmm i thinking money making idea involving the map! dont know how legal it is like... im not goin to do this idea, just an idea, but scan the map and make a pdf document and sell it to the americans lol

is infiniti missing? if u open the box and look at the manufacturers throught the plastic box theyre clearly written on there but theres no garage in game? theres also one for edonis? havent heard them before

Just posted this in another thread but just to spread the word that the car download worked for me at 5pm (UK Time)

I used my play.com pre order code and the Gallardo Coupe, Audi RS4 and Skyline GTR R34 are now in the showrooms.

Still have to pay for them though.

the us marketplace servers where updated too... with another promo video. :noooo:

i read that post about starting the game and being prompted for an update... us servers apear to be behind on this too...

I ordered my copy from Play.com, and along with the Gallardo code which I was emailed, I got the Skyline and RS4 too.

The Skyline is awesome, and tuned up to stage 3, one of my favourite cars (unexpected)

I well aware of testing issues and whatnot, so dont flame me... but what is so difficult about getting the car downloads available? obviosly some people already have them, the game updated successfully (since the update, however, no cars show up in my playing area, despite the servers seeming more stable, and players showing on my map) can a mod explain what the specific issue with the download is?

Looks like people that have a code have the luxury of 3 extra cars now, which is completely unfair to anyone that preordered it through another company like Gameplay. Come on Atari / MS. :rolleyes:

The more I read about the free cars and so on, the more frustrated I'm getting.
Preorder people - enjoy your Zonda Roadsters, McLaren LMs, Skylines and RS8s.
I am going to wait and see what Atari do with people that didn't manage to order through Game and Play.com.
If these pop up in the future for all customers then fair enough.
If not then I'll be more than disappointed.
I'm going to side on the wayside now and just wait and see what happens.

Nope i live in the north east of Scotland (since the day i was born) i think it may have something to do with the fact that i pre-ordered with play.com ive been hearing that they have got those cars as well (but i didnt get my free lambo though)

I preordered thru Gameplay, the day the first demo was unveiled, had to trawl though Gameplays site to find TDU as well...

I did get a poster. Which they folded, so it looks like the map i got with the game. If the codes from Game, etc are working, why cant they just release the Skyline and RS8 then? It proves they are on the marketplace, as people are dling them with their Mclarens etc....
