383.6 mph Saleen? uhhhh

How come the top score for "170mph in heavy traffic" is a S7 TT with a top speed of 383.6 MPH? In fact the top few are well over 300mph, and last time I checked, there wasnt a GE jet tubine dealer on Oahu. That seems pretty cheasy if you ask me.

this kind of makes me wonder how accurate some of the other rankings are.

I think this is another of the many glitches.

I tried the 140mph one using the Chrysler 300, I only got to about 110 - 115 but at the end of the trial it said "Congratulations 147mph" or something similar.

Quick hint, driving along the hard shoulder avoids most of the cars and allows you to get a decent speed going.

The guy posted on the official atari US forums telling about a glitch that happened to give him that, he was going quickly, smacked a car and then hit a pole which launched his speed sky high. He didn't cheat it. Some other people know how it's done now though so watch the lil gits start to spring up.

I have seen a high score top speed of a whopping 495 Kilometers as well...
