Pricing of the game in europe?

Is there any logical reason why this game would cost double the amount it costs in the US? In the US the game costs 40$ which is 32 Euros. I Europe it costs usually about 64 euros which is 81 US dollars, that is more than double of what it costs in the states.

Now its really a shame that on a platform where there is no piracy the games cost this much, on the pc where the games are about 20 euros cheaper the high game price has been blamed on piracy and a lot of publishers have said that if there would be no piracy the prices would be a lot less.

So here we have a pirate free system and the cost is a lot more? Greed anyone?

Atari are trying to bring the price of console games down. Bearing in mind that Atari US and Atari Europe operate as separate companies, they were only able to reduce the price in the US as the number of 360 consoles in Europe is much more limited compared to the US.

Pretty simple story, really.
