Racing wheel decission. people framiliar with 360 wheel please help.

I have a Logitech Driving force pro (900degree and whatnot) wheel that i used for thausands of miles in gt4... So i guess you can say Im tainted. Im loosing my patience, as i was never very good at controller racing, and i NEED to get a wheel. I found the force feedback and overall feel of the Driving force pro to be ideal, and i really dont want to end up with a wheel that has crappy force feedback, and a big old dead zone, as it will probably end up in the garbage like the pos i had before the drivingforce pro... I see the contenders seem to be the Madcatz MC2, the Logitech DriveFX, and the upcomming microsoft wheel. IVe read reviews on the first 2, but they seem to be pretty shallow reviews. Im unaware of any other decent / future wheels. Will any of these satisfy my ultra-picky taste? should i wait for the 360 wheel? is something better on the horizon? Please! i dont want to blow another $100 on a crappy wheel!

I've done some extensive research as I'm the same. I have a better time with a wheel than a controler. I'm waiting for the new MS wheel. Not only does it apparently function better than everything on the market it looks better too. I have chrome accesories everywhere in this room so it should fit in nice. Apart from that they are supposed to be coming up with some new FF technology too. I don't think any of the current wheels will touch it.

just read up a bit more on the 360 wheel... hard to read through all the propritary this, revolutionary that, hoohah (with zero explination as to exactly what that entails)... but it does seem to have the upper hand.. certainly costs more, which seems to give it some relavence... microsoft isnt going to sell a crappier wheel at twice the price is my guess. Come on november! Come quicker this year!

Yeah, I think it comes out in the UK on the first of Dec. This is going by this link from amazon. There's no pic but I think it's the same wheel.
