Hey this is Hawaii, not miserable Manchester or soggy Seattle.

Hawaii can get a lot of rain in certain months - just not the ones that the game is set in :p

Ok then, I have a question to add!
Why on www.testdriveunlimited.com in the game info does it say and i quote!
'Realistic cars and bikes: Amazing render quality and unrivalled interior details including full car functions such as radio, electic windows, horn, wipers and more.'
Why mention the wipers?
See for yourselves its clearly stated wipers!

Why mention the wipers?
These are to remove the dead bugs from your windscreen...... what do you mean you haven't seen any bugs yet either???

Oh so if the wipers do indeed work how do u get them working?

It's called sarcasm lol, some people are so gullible.
There are no working wipers in the game. It probably hasn't been passed onto the people who do the site to change it.

Anyway, if it did rain, the convertables would get flooded because they can't put the tops up!
bit of a shame though, I remember a few years back EA did a F1 race where it never rained. Much better if you could have both or like Flight Sim read the real would weather conditions !

wipers and rain were going to be in - watch the early e3 2005 trailer
but then they took it out

It would be very difficult to render water on a windscreen with wipers clearing it off and keep it looking realistic.
It would also require everyone to have the same weather (no idea if that is currently the case or not) to avoid giving an advantage to a player racing in the dry.

Yes but if flight sim 2004 on the PC can manage rain on the windows and the same weather in multiplayer (if you set it to real weather) conditions then I would have thought it would have been possible on the 360?
Even without that, great game.. don't know where the week has gone to!
