I can't play this online...

Hi!
I'm just wondering if I've set something up the wrong way.

Each time I try to join a online race I get a message saying "your online preferences couldn't be matched" or something similar.

All my Live settings are ok, including NAT. I can see and challenge people in free roam.

What is this about, feels like I'm the only one on the server.

you probably are the only one on the server, the online races are often empty.

if the challenge has a red haze around it, then there are people doing that challenge. usually there are people on the multiplayer races in the city centre. try them.

I get this message all the time. In fact I've only ever taken part in one multiplayer race!

People don't seem to play the multiplayer races as much!

I think most people are concentrating on the single player game at the moment. As more people complete that, you should see more people on the multiplayer races.

Ditto to that Jimster. Almost finished the SP missions and will be online once I've done them (not to mention I actually need a connection to the net first, but thats a differents post and one that I don't talk about anymore, grrr)

i will accept instant challenges but not going for mp until ive got a few more cars under my belt... more importantly the saleen and the enzo

Then nothing's wrong with the multiplayer, good to hear.
I'm also focusing on the SP right now, so... :)
