Hello all, I just purchased the Pagani Zonda after my mate told me that he had bought one, so I thought that us both having the same car would be good online.

The way in which he recommended it, I didn't bother test-driving it  . To my horror it turns out that it handles like a bag of spanners, seriously what is up with the turning its worse than ANY of the motorbikes - even when taking a corner at about 40-50Mph! What a waste of money this was I guess I shall learn to test-drive all my cars from now on (the words "penny" and "finally dropped" spring to mind... :mefiant: So That is why it is called Test Drive people!)

Learn from my mistake :nono:

I've known 18-wheelers with better turning-circles than the Zonda! Complete and utter PAP, I shall be putting it up for sale in a couple of days so keep your eyes open for a bargain if you're into this sort of "tool"!

Thank you and good-bye :respect: I feel de-stressed now :chapeau:

The car is great fun, I took a fully tuned one round a bunch of hairpins for a video and even though it is a handful (spun it once), it is a great laugh and if you spend some time with it, is one of the cars you can have the most fun with and that engine sound, oh yeah !!

The Pagani's good, but not great. Nothing wrong with the handling tho, just learn to controle it, like the Saleen S7TT

I love the Zonda, but why does it only rev to 6000rpm when it actually revs to 7000 in real life :mefiant:

*shrug* the Zonda was the first A class car I've bought and I can't say I've had any major problems with it.

Sure it doesn't handle as nice as the Lambo or the Enzo, but an 18 wheeler? nah, think you're being a bit to harsh on the car there.

The Zonda is beautiful, its my favourite crusing car. I have steering sensitivity to max, and i have a tunned car (Orange) and a normal car (Grey). Both are excellent. I love driving it around 3000rpm, as it makes a really nice sound (like a F430 when the air intakes open up). :)

the engine noise sounds great specially with 5.1 sourrround sound. But still i found it boring.

Thanks for your comments even though they were harsh I guess I must have rubbed some Pagani fans up the wrong way! :mefiant: Anyways I have driven with it a couple more times and I'm starting to get used to it tonguegre, I think it was because my previous car was class D, so a sharp learning curve is to blame imo...

I think I will get it tuned now though, as it seems this helps, judging by your comments. I guess I wasn't ready for the power! weirdblue

In addition I haven't touched any of the driving aids at all on any of my cars, so perhaps I will have a play and see if this helps?

Thanks :salut2:

dark: oh no! lol dark: Well it is those two colours actually! The metallic Red/black, seemed like the right choice, but who knows I tend to give my cars a complimentary executive paint job after every visit to the tuning shop tonguegre

The only thing that doesnt seem to be quite right is bloody breaking.
Not really just in the Zonda but the other cars as well.

I know for a FACT that these buggers can stop well.

Anyway, the game rules.

Yep my pink SLR is the ultimate wagon!!!!! lol

On topic the Pagani is a great car you just have to know how to handle it. After you have raced with it for a while you'll eventually get used to it and then you will be well pleased!
