Ferrari and Special Paint?

Can anyone tell me why Ferrari's can't be resprayed by the Delux Paint Shop by the Creator? It says I have to unlock all car showrooms? But how if I can already buy bikes meaning i've already done it? Another Glitch? dark:

Nope no glitch, neither Ferrari nor Maserati can be repainted in non factory colours. To bad I know. :(
