I used an Audi A3, most people went for alfa gt's and tt's but the A3 was a solid contender.

i used the Audi TT

ummm why are you pre-ordering it when its already out?

or are you preordering the pc version cos that ages away yet so its a bit early to be planning the starting car

hmm the best cars
for starters audi is probably the best, fastest speed and medium handling
,alfa romeo is PURE handling, acceleration sucks but top speed good and handling great, i chose alfa romeo

as for the best car in the whole game id say
Mclaren f1 gtr mdr1 no doubt- for great handling, nice speed and bad *** acceleration
but...
salleen i didnt liek it at first but the stats are really nice- faster speed than mclaren, same acceleration, better brakes, only thing its missing is HANDLING swirves out alot, but if ur a good driver its the best

I might be sounding a bit pompous here, but I remember a little saying....

'Its not the car, its the driver.'

If you know what you're doing you can drive the majority of the cars in the same manner and still get the results you want.

Currently driving an enzo stage 3, but could still easily beat a saleen or McLaren F1. Its all about timing and that little thing called skill which you have to practice. Same as any game really blah blah blah. rolleyesa :salut2:

that is true i way prefere my caterham to my Stage 3 sagaris, TBH i only use that for bragging rights, but you'll most proberly see me cruising in my caterham!

My quickest lap of the island (Millionaires Challenge) is in the Koenigsegg CC8S in 50min24sec. Followed by the F1 and Enzo.

Not overly car dependant, I'd say its more dependant on what the cops/traffic are doing to you.
