I preordered NWN2 on GAME on the day that the information for the presell CD was added. So far, though, I haven't been mailed anything, nor have I recieved any email relating to it. Has anyone ordered online and gotten the CD, meaning I simply ordered too late?

The time for the toolkit is getting very close, and I'm beginning to worry that I'd be better off canceling the pre-order and just going to buy it from a physical store.

If anyone (esp. Atari) has any information regarding this, I'd appreciate it.

hmm... right now there's nothing to download anyway. when did you order? have there been any office-hours since then to process your order?

I ordered it just before last weekend (reason I did it late was b/c I origionally placed a preorder from Amazon several months ago before any of the prerelease extras were announced), which is why I'm concerned, given that some people seem to have been able to get the CD in-store from last Monday. Even if there's nothing to download at present, I'm wagering that they can't wait that much longer, and it'd be very annoying if I recieve the code a week (or more) late, or even worse, never at all.

I posted here because I was wondering if Atari/GAME screwed up and don't have something available online, or I preordered too late and so all the CDs are already sent, so that I can know whether to just cancel and try to find a real store that has the pre-order CDs.

Your not the only one. I preordered over a week ago and got an acknowledgement from GAME and they also sent me an email last week to say that NWN2 was delayed (the main game that is).

I emailed them on Friday about the Toolset code, but got an auto reply saying they take 48 hours to reply :(

Tried to phone, but the wait was too long. Heres hoping by tomorrow its all sorted out.

I walked into Game over the weekend, showed them my pre-order receipt and they then sold me the NWN2 Toolset key which came in a DVD style pack.

I emailed Game to ask when I would get my pre-release pack, the reply was that the pre-release packs are being sent out weekly and I would recieve it in due course :/

Annoying, but there you go.
