it states on this website that the UK site's 9 files on the ftp website are the actual working files for the NWN2 toolset.
i'm downloading all of them at once because it downloads very slow because of the amount of users on the ftp site, downloads at about 12k /s and i usually download at around 400k/500k /s

my guess is that they will need the preorder package code to install the toolset, i sure hope they do aswell.
