:atari: :chapeau: :atari: I was one of millions of frustrated folks that may have vented steam about this whole preorder business and am posting here to say thanks and to apologize for getting upset(mostly due to a promised date and lack of communication). All I ask is in the future, please make us wait till a Monday for any kind of release like this as tech problems sometimes are inevitable. That way if something transpires, their are folks at ATARI around to offer an explaination and to assist in working out the kinks. :chapeau: :atari:

::Hope that they include a better manual than the original NWN did ::

Any and all that have similar feelings, feel free to denote them with your thanks, even if by a simple post saying *signed and initialled* We all avidly expressed our negative feeling implicitely and think it only right to give'em a pat on the back and a thank you, don't you? :wink2: :unk:

I think the thing to remember is that we at Atari are all gamers too. We feel the same anger and frustration when the thing breaks as much as you do. All I can say is that when something like this happens it is extensively evaluated after to make sure the same mistakes dont happen again. Thanks for the patience most of you showed though. :)

Having had the toolset a while now, I must say apart from a few mini bugs (nothing too bad) it looks amazingly powerfull. I think if Atari can market it correectly , and find some way of promoting the user made content it will be a big winner.

Although I think that the customer communication has been mismanaged up to this point (Not you guys on this forum, I think you have done the best you can!) , I thank Atari for supplying financial backing such a great product.

Maybe this will even the thing to turn Atari's fortunes around. Here is hoping for many patches , a couple of expansions and some premium modules.
