Ok everyone when the toolset didn't work we rampaged and raved but now that it does I want to hear from everyone about how sorry they are to atari for being short aaaaand how much they appreciate all the hard work that went into the best possible toolset they could come out with and then when things didn't work keeping at it day and night until it did even with snarling dragons breathing down their throats. oh by the way just so you know my happiness comes from the fact that MY CODE WORKS NOW YAAAAAAY

now I will expect 100 replies from 100 people about how much they love atari

I would like to be the first person to thank atari. Being a computer science major I know how the sh*t can hit the fan when making programs.... any sort of program really and sometimes you feel like giving up but the numerous fans give you the strength to go on... I dont have any fans... but I imagine that is how it would work....

So thank you atari for bearing with it and finishing in a timely matter a short day or two after the final release date. Come on you all know there was a lot of homework we should have been doing that we got done in those days homework that wouldnt have been finished had we had the toolset. Or yardwork or whatever you do.

i can't blame atari for the problems they say they faced, but neither am i going to gratulate for what has happend and how it was handled. i am glad the toolset is finally on my desktop, even though it lost a lot of it's gleam on the way there and it's exclusivness as well. i am however far from glad that i had to pay for something others got or took for free or at least will get refunded. i am sad about all the negative emotions that made so many people write so many silly postings in so many unnecessary threads, and i'm jealous of (though thankfull for) the support uk customers got where germans faced a silent forum and broken links.

anyway it's over now. for the moment...
