Hi there,

has anyone here had problems with beating the "Narducci Loop" Challange ?

I am down to 3 Single Player Challanges that i have to complete to be done with all of them.

The other two are "Tantalus" and the "Maserati Trophy", both of which are recognized here as being amongst the hardest races in the game, but no one ever mentioned the "Narducci Loop".

Is there a trick to it that i haven't recognized yet ?

Yeah then it took me a few tries until I set my bum in the seat of the great XJ220 and completed it no problem!!! Just a matter of extreme concentration and getting a nice clean driving line to enable you to stay on the track. And release the trigger ever so slightly on the steep downhills and go slow over the uphills so as to stop jumping into houses (which i done quite often at the start) or ploughing into the fences!!

I did this in a Stage 3 Ford GT. Just make sure you take it easy around the left-hander with the house on, otherwise you'll end up in the garden.

Yeah, i'm also having problems with this one, i mentioned the 'hardcore loop' in another thread but i actually meant 'narducci loop' ( lolblue: ).

I tried it in my Z06 but haven't completed it yet. Maybe the GR1 concept? (just won this one :nuts: )

Think I did it with an F430. Tried a few times with a Caterham in the beginning and got close with that.

I tried it in an untuned Ford GT first go ,just missed out due to 8 sec penalty over that left hand hill turn which is quite steep,did it again this time stage 3 tuned and had 12 secs spare at end.

I seem to recall one other corner that likes to throw you out. The left hander after the long straight hill climb? I think I stayed right until almost the top of the hill and then started back left giving the brakes a dab before I got air. Gallardo Coupe with no upgrades.

Been trying this one earlier today in a F430 Spider. Missed out by 8 seconds thanx to a 24 second pentaly LOL

sorry for the old thread dig up!

but the Narducci Lop is doing my bloomin head in. Looks like from the previous threads that there is no real secret to it, exept for going slow! lol
Tatalus is also doing my nut, but I think I'm almost sorted with that one.

i used the farboud for this one. took only a couple of thousand tries and 4 days work...

Use the Enzo on tantalus, it goes round the corners nicely and is fast on the straights.

The Maserati challenge was super easy for me, I did it first go with the MC12!

yeh i have been using the enzo for tantalus. last time i did it i was out by around 4 seconds, so not really too much to make up on a long race.
havent tried maserati challenge yet.

just done it in 4m4s using the vette z06! and it was a rented one! woot
