View Full Version : Pretty much impossible challenges in the diners (amongst others things)...

I'd like to think I am a pretty useful virtual driver, but is it just me or are there some things in the game (which I have to admit has become the black hole for my time recently!) that are pretty much impossible...

I realise that there are sometimes programming 'glitches', such as some of the ridiculous, world record beating speeds (300-400 mph) set by some users in the main game, but what is it with the majority of challenges in the diners?

7 seconds from a standing start for 3/4 of a mile? Come on! Nobody's impressed if there is no point in challenging them?

Surely there must be some sort of cleanout of these records from the system, when there are some of these ridiculous challenges being set???

Atari. The floor is yours to clear this up. I rest my case m'lud.

Minor rant over. Peace out to all the TDU brothers and sisters...

Don't worry, this sort of things have been reported and will hopefully be fixed soon :)

Most excellent news Tenebra! Any chance of a couple of other 'fixes' at the same time???

Primarily splitting times between those on two wheels and those on four which would be a great help - I'm sick and tired of seeing bikes at the top of the leaderboards (especially as they don't float my boat)...

Oh, and how much would it cost me to get someone at Atari to 'massage' my times a little??!! Would blackmail help? Please advise!

Thanks for the prompt feedback - I realised my post is not the first on the subject, but only after I set it up.
