im having a real problem with lag ATM and for the first time today it was soo bad i got cut off!

as far as i know the lag hasn't been that bad for other games but ppl are always saying to me online that im lagging badly, which kinda shoicked me, now my first thoughts were it could have something to do with the TDU server as it is going through updates! but then why arn't the other ppl lagginf as bad as me!

next thought is that i could be my router, im not computer wizard but i would like to say i know the basics! when i first got my xbox live account and decided to run it thorugh my router, (previously ran it straight from modem) i would prolly hve to set it up to accept the xbox, but i plugged it all and fired it all up and it worked fine!

im kinda confused atm as to what my problem could be! as i love the online aspect of this game and was the ultimate deciding factor into buying my xbox and this game! and now im finding im unable to! madred:

I'm lagging a bit too and I find it hard to actually find people while driving around - and I mean anyone. When I first got the game it seemed ok but this last week has been terrible and afaik my connection is fine so my guess is it's server-side.

I really hope it gets fixed as I'm getting lonely driving around by myself (seeing as it's supposed to be mmo and all) :noooo:

dunno why tho but it comes and goes lol try turning your modem off and on :)

im on a 10mb down and a 512 up but still hav lag issues u never know, it might not be your connection mght be the game

ive been switching my modem off at night, i heard this refreshes the connection

well thats what ntl told me anyway lol
