i have raced on all tracks i noticed saome ribbon have rookie expert pro champions some is full some isnt how do i get the 1 that are not full to get full up ? also 1 more i noticed a small island with road on it and is there a way to it or it that locked up ?

i dont get what your saying about the other stuff but to get to the island there is a letter E on a mountain that you go through and it transports you to the island.

if i understand you mean the rank on the specific track, all it means is you have to get to that rank to compete in that race. to get your rank up you must complete the achievements. achievementa are available to view via your info section in your house

I read it as if he is trying to get the Rookie challenges with one @ out of five filled, to get them all filled. So that it looks like a Champ with @@@@@.

If that is the case. You don't have to fill them. They just show the minimum level you gotta be to do them.
