I have just preordered the game from PLAY.COM via the link on the NWN2 page but I havent had anything about the Preorder code. :hin:
I would have expected an link from the official website to a retailer to have at least supplied me with the code somehow (in an email after I payed mabe).
Have I mis-understood or do I need to cancel my order and order with somebody else who is supporting the preorder ?

In the UK, the preorder bonus of getting the toolset was only run through Game...

Bit rubbish that its an official link from the NWN2 website and it doesnt support the preorder code.
Will cancel my play.com order and try GAME then (assuming the price is about the same as I was only preordering it for the merchant bonus in the campaign).
Sadly dont get to build modules with a young family to look after

Don't feel so bad, I preordered through Gamestop in the U.S.A., and all I get when inputting the code and everything else that is needed if authentication error. What a crock, I'm starting to wonder about Atari.

did you not post your code to the admin because they said before they would sort out your problem with your code.
don't be sad, your still a lot luckier than we silly germans are. we even had to pay 10€ for the preorderbox and won't get the money repaid when buying the full game (as you lot will). of course no one promised it (except the german mod, but he doesn't seem to remember and had his posting edited... really funny, that is)...
its all one big crock, i pre-ordered through game at the beginnin of this month an still no pre-order code, iv ben on at em for ages about it but im gettin nowhere fast, this is really doin my nut in now :cry:

tanks baker. hopefully it wont come to that i sent them a final e-mail today literally demanding the code, so hopefully they will sort theyre asses out if not you may get a message from me, ill be nice to you tho as you have at least offered help :p

Hello. I've just joined.
I preordered NWN2 (Chaotic Evil Pack) through Game but I haven't received a code either. I sent an email to their customer service earlier but I haven't received a reply yet. :(
Does anyone know what's going on? Or does the offer only apply to the standard version of the game?

the offer should apply to any version of the game, i preordered the same version but i bought the pre-order bonus pack seperately

Is this email seperate from the order confirmation message? I've already received that one, you see but there was no mention of a code anywhere.

yes the preorder code takes up to 10 days :( The confirmation is automated so it's immediate.

Great. By that time, the full game will already be released, making the free download of the toolkit completely unnecessary. :(

I received a code but the download site still blocks download saying code not correct.

Im a little annoyed at this whole Neverwinter nights saituation, I preordered from Play assuming as it had a direct link from this website that I would get a preorder code and so get the special items for the Limited edition Lawful good pack. Also the dratted thing won't install at all on my gaming PC but will on my laptop. Get it sorted chaps
