Around the crater race. Its class G. Beat it and you unlock the paint shop lux.

The other paint shops you just need to drive near.

Paintshop lux is south of the island by the crater, you cant miss the crater. If you exit the crater through the tunnel and stay on the road its on the left just before the junction at the end. The race for it is just up the road.
