Why aren't people outside the UK eligible for the competitions?

There are no 'costs' in connection with the competitions. No prizes that have to be sent anywhere. And the competition isn't following applying gaming rules of the state, so I should gather that it is ok?

And if devs in the game is saying that it is ok, then...

Would be nice with a post stating the rules. I've not wanted to join the competitions, since I wouldn't wanna screw it up for others, or win now and not be able to claim a prize and then not win later. (I have that kind of luck! :cry: )

right i got a code for a zonda from ten instead of an LM however cybersaint had an LM spare and wanted a zonda, so we swapped codes. now i just need the spyker and i will have all possiblke cars (until the new content comes, damn, i need dome microsoft points...)
