Mission help? Stuck on 77%

I have done all the races, time trials and speed challenges but not all of the courier, hitchhicker and model missions according to my information section in my house(s) and nothing shows on my map when I se my filters to all challenges unsuccessfull. Do they only appear if you have discovered the roads they are on?

Just discover all the roads on the island, that should do it.

Look at your achievements in your house....you'll see what is left to do.

You need to be Champion and discovered MOST of the roads in order to unlock new races.
