You're really not very good at the community manager job are you? Yeah, I'm Martanaeus, we 'spoken'.

You've got a siginficant portion of your customers who have just found out, FROM THEIR RETAILER that the Austrailian release has been delayed, YET AGAIN, to 16/11 due to reproduction issues, this is INFOGRAMES fault, and they, through you, should have been the ones to issue the statement where people might actually see it, over at the Bio board, which are the only ones that count.

Again for all of you to sit around on your collective thumbs and let your customers stew in this matter is deplorable and yet another demonstration of your lack of respect for the people you expect to dig you out of you financial situation.

MY GOD INFOGRAMES, DON'T YOU EVER LEARN FROM PAST MISTAKES?

You'd better hope you manage to retain the D&D francishise for a loooong time, it the only reason you'll ever get my money.

$0.49, and failling.

Errrr...this it the UK forum and Baker is the Community Manager for the US, he is in no way responsible for the Australian market.

It'd be far more productive if you got in touch with Atari Australia and ask for clarifications.

A community manager is a community manager, and he certainly has the authority to speak for Infogrames on other major issues and as he is the ONLY rep from Infogrames to make an appearance, it is his job to keep the customers informed, regardless of region.

My post stands.

Firstly I work for Atari, Inc. Secondly as I pointed out to you in the PM you sent me I work for Atari US, not Eurpope, not Australia. These divisions have their own people responsible to get information to you, it is not my responsibility.

I will help where I can, but personal insults leveled my way will not buy you much respect in my book. I have helped a lot of people on the NWN2 issues, most of which were not American. Please contact Atari Australia and they will be able to give you information.

I do not get updates on release dates and the like from other countries as I have nothing to do with them. If you even bother to check my user title on this forum, it should be a good indication as to what exactly I am responsible for.
