View Full Version : Coupe de grace - 10PM GMT
After the success and fun experienced in last night's cruise I am going to run another one tonight again at 10PM so if you want to join in on some mad fun then post your GT and car and like last time I will select the meeting place within the hour before the meet.
Theme of this one is Coupe de grace which means 2-door coupes up to and including class B. Like last time most amount of same vehicle is 2 and my choice for this one is the Ascari KZ1 but remember you also have the W12 Coupe, F430, Gallardo, GT, CLK-DTM AMG, Z06, Firepower Concept etc... Remember upto and including B so it can be a lower class if you wish.
Well meeting place will be designated after 9PM so I look forward to seeing you there, the cruise should be about an hour to 90mins depending on what goes in during it and I will have my mic on to let you all know of any directions or problems.
Meeting Place: Mokapu Peninsula - Far right about mid-way up island. (the area with the Satellite dishes)

All of these are cruises, I don't like racing much, much more fun and friendly atmosphere when it's a cruise.

Now at Stop #2 and Kami insists in insulting the old women who lives in the house behind by "sticking his exhaust in her flowers". (I think it was Kami that said that.) The W12 has left also, now we're a sexy 6. lol

And the end is a picnic next to the waterfall where along the way we lost someone else (Sphinxy) but it was a good run and a lot of fun and good (mostly clean) banter as always.

oh btw i enjoy the gallardo cruise with BOYRACER06 & nipperedcoat..did u guys had fun? oh btw sorry if u guys didnt know abt this cruise..well its not stated on the forum..becos i was cruising ard with my Japan friends..then i drove my gallardo spyder there..then they wanted to cruise in gallardos..so they went n took theirs..then after that nipper n boyracer came in their gallardos too!

Another top cruise and laughs a plenty, much better way of getting the miles up :D
Absolutely knackered this morning, must stop playing and start sleeping on a work night!!
Glitch was a giggle at 303 mph and 0-60 in 0.01secs :D
Oh I popped back and apologised to the little old lady about the flowers although she did ask for names on who left a load of rubber on the road in front of her house!

Was a good meet. I left after the 'exhaust in her flowers' stage cause my xbox hung for the 5th time in one night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (anyone else gettin that trouble last night? Always seemd to be when I was trying to join a server...)

Hey Guys, i cant beleive last night!! it was all going well for me but when i tried to lock the last player so it wouldnt be as slow i hit the map button instead of chronograph/players (thats twice ive done that now during a cruise!!!) and after that id lost u all, then my box crashed, restarted it still couldnt join your server,then crashed again and i gave up and went to bed gruntling to myself!!! :mad:
I like the pictures weve youve taken they look awesome and im gonna put them as my wallpaper on my works computer. sorry for losing u guys last nite. look forward to my next cruise (and im gonna out some tape over that right directional pad!!!)

Top set of pics again Diablo_, they're all good but I do like the last of the Stop #1 pics with the sun beating through the clouds. Thought I'd just add a picture of my XKR at the Mokapu Peninsula start location floating next to the satellite dishes. :eek: I was parked on the edge of the cliff minding my own business when I was launched up there by a lagging car. :laugh:

Cheers for the compliment S4ED, took me less than 10 minutes, lol. Don't forget, that Diablo took the original pic, so credit goes to him first.
I'll keep doing them until :
a) The mods or atari shout at me
b) The boss find out what I'm doing and sacks me
I could do some better ones with higher res pics, but some thieving bast**d at work has nicked my wacom pen which makes it kinda hard just using a mouse.... :mad:
Nice one Andy, yeah I wish the full res image were of higher quality myself, it might be better to get a component card and try and capture a still in 720p rather than take a direct photomode shot.
IF the update is released today then tonight I will be holding a bike ride, if no update then no cruise probably. Sorry.
