How do they do it?????

Hi all,
I was looking through the leader boards the other day and noticed that there are some people who are getting speeds of up to nearly 600mph. How are they doing this?

One guy I saw had something like 366mph out of a saleen twin turbo. I have mine up to L3 and it will only go 240mph. What am I doing wrong / how do they do it?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

they are cheaters

all cheats have been fixed in the recent patch and most of the leaderboards will be reset tomorrow
