HQ's

I am currently playing the little italy scenario & i have got enough italian restraunts to build the HQ. When i choose the build HQ option the HQ stays red wherever i try to place it. I have demolished buildings to leave a full square but i cannot place it. I have more than the $60,000 dollars needed. I have another HQ in Greenwich Village. Does it have anything to do with the sphere of influence of this HQ why i cannot build the other one?.
I have just found other posts about building the HQ's. I will try to build it in another district. I will let you Know how i get on!.

Hi, if you notice in the menu of your chain of stores it has a percentage after the number of required buildings needed to build a HQ.
Your best bet is to add upgrades to all of your restaurants in order to help boost this.
If you see the Build button next to it then you have enough, and it could just be the case of not been in the right area. I think Tribeca is one of the places that allows you to place a HQ.
