Finally got my, wheel videos and pictures!!!

Ok i now have my wheel after a wait since september. it took a little while to get out of the box but oh my was it definetly worth it. My pros about the wheel are

+ great build quality
+ really comfy
+ great force feedback( With PGR 3 and in the future TDU)
+ Really nice pedal anchor system
+ The design
+ the responsive steering
+ Really sollid table clamp

the cons

- cant play it for 24 hours
- doesnt have force feedback for TDU until the second half of this month
- plastic paddle shifters - metal would have been nice

Ok well other than that i would say you have to get this wheel, for the firsthour you will be a bit 'meh' this isn't that great and once u go on PGR 3 and go in the 360 challenge stradale (as shown in videos and pictures) you will never go back to the controller.

Anyways i am just uploading the videos and pictures as we speak and ask any questions u have in the meantime.

You better appreciate me dragging myself away from it for half an hour!! :)

Loads more on their way and videos this is such a long process i have to change the image width to 750 and save them all in a different folder and upload them and get the link and then post em! I will edit the post at the top with all of the videos and pictures in due course

Looked to me like the wheel was turned 10 degrees, and the car was going strait.... is there a large dead-zone? can you take a video of someone actually driving? instead of a burnout, and then driving strait with no hands on the wheel? like maybey... a race?

ok i see what you mean about the dead zone but once your driving you dont even notice it. The force feedback keeps the wheel shaking and your constantly moving the wheel, i am struggling to do decent videos especialyl when having to steer with my left hand so i will try and do some more but that isnt a promise.

i got one ages ago for a play staytion 1 !!!!!!!!!! any way it didnt just turn 90 degrees..it done it like the car would in real life (crossed over hands) so you could take corners realy smooth...it was the best steering wheel i ever had.

the cable snaoed when i was playing on the ps2 on it one dy...gutted

My steering wheel. Thrust Master Rallye, picked it up four $200AUD which imo is a bargain for its quality.

Only downside is its 270 rotation and the shifter is on the wrong side.

Can't complain though, awsome wheel.

I got the wheel on Saturday and its an excellent piece of kit. It works extremely well with PGR3, after a couple of hours play I was beating my previous times that I had gained with the joypad, although sliding the car isn't as easy with the wheel.

TDU took some setting up to get it feeling right but it works great with a bit of playing with the Linear and Steering Sensitivity settings.

NFS Carbon - This is a joke with the wheel, I think MS may have made a mistake by putting it down as compatible on the box of the wheel because the game is virtually unplayable with the wheel - awful handling as the deadzone is huge and not adjustable in the game - can only hope that EA bring out a patch.

Tried Burnout - but not much joy their - not sensitive enough.

I have to say that although the wheel has been designed to allow it to sit on your knee to play, it is a far superior feeling if it is clamped to something - I had the Mrs ironing board in front of the couch with the wheel attached yesterday )

I got That DFP and the pedals are **** on the Wheel. I had the wheel 8 months and now the Break pedal doesnt work. From the start the pedals were defective. I was going to return the wheel but read all over the net that the pedals on all the DFP's are the same (accelerator pedal doesnt register 100% after a few minutes of use , solution unplug the pedals and plug them in again but it is a temporary fix for a few more minutes). I will admit the Forcefeedback on the wheel is good but it is now rendered useless without a working break pedal. If TDU for the PC allows me to use one of the buttons as a break then I will buy TDU and breakout my Wheel again.

I am waiting a bit more to see how this X360 wheel is before purchase. If its better than the Driving force pro (I dont use 900 degrees , I only use 270 degrees) then I will buy one.
