has anyone else seen the orange F1 in the showroom.. when you first enter the showroom the first car you see is the standard F1, now go to the right and scroll through the cars, you'll notice the selection moves to an orange F1 but then quickly moves away to the other cars.. i wonder if this is gonna be a future DLC that theyve stuck in early??

Those who pre-ordered from GAME UK recieved a code which allows them to download the McLaren F1 LM.

Steveo look at the pic above but ignore the text, anyway the LM is the car you are referring to and it's Premium DLC that will be available in the future but as of now it was only available via certain pre-order's, or if you had taken part in the US referral scheme (you also got a Zonda Roadster) which was limited to the 1st 10,000 or if you were lucky enough like myself or the muppet above, you could win one in an Atari UK competition but note you will be able to buy this car in the future but as of now it's pre-order and competition only.

ya, it's the LM, in North America we had a referal program that you could get the LM and the Pagani Roadster

I own the LM McLaren in TDU. You donīt must download the car, you can buy the LM McLaren (1.300.000$) in TDU after enter the Microsoft-Code. But you donīt can trade the car, itīs like a download car, you donīt can sell it.
The LM (my car) is in the middle.

How do you know they will be available in the future? I really hope they are.They were called Premium Downloadable Content and "Get them before everyone else !". Plus the LM is in the showroom it would be idiotic not to release it at sometime i the future, it's already in the game somewhat.

The LM is just a GTR, which is more suited to the road. So if you want the LM, but you don't have a code, then you should just buy the GTR.

I have the Gallardo coupe.... mdr1 ... I got it when I preordered it in a gameshop in Sweden called GAME . tonguegre

I think you could get it if you preordered it at play.com too :mefiant:

No, they aren't.

The LM does not have the air restrictor and has small exterior changes. It is a fully built GTR with minor changes.

Why all the fuss about the LM and GTR i got them as standard in game cars when i brought the game so they were there from the start. i did not have to download them or enter any code. However i do need the GT

The only difference between the GTR and the LM is the LM has an extra 38 bhp and is 60 kg lighter than the GTR. Only five were ever built to commemorate the GTR's le mans win back in 1995

and i hope they release the LM and the other 3 preorder cars so everyone can enjoy them tup:i love the LM, it is my favorite mclaren in the game
