When you become either Expert or Champion...I'm not sure. :mefiant:

who cars if its in the wrong section, hes new to here...

but yea, you have to reach champion level to get in there, though you cuold get in there too by hitting some grass thingies...

just reached champion level too, though i would say the track is abit too short...:D the high speed section does feel good...and i went to ford island too!!...nothign was there tonguegre
