being told by my boss to be at work by 8 to accept a delivery and it not arriving till 10.30
going to the pub and the locals being more boring and depressive than normal
finding out that the "really fit woman using looks to get you to do what she wants" has a boyfriend
everything
drinking milk and only realising it's off after a few gulps and the taste is fixed in my mouth
hangovers
the loser on the way home that heckles me from the other side of the road, but can't do anything more because his trousers are round his ankles and the plastic nike drawstring bag on his back is too full of recently stolen phones playing ridiculous "gangsta hiphop" at extreme volumes that destorts the drivel to an even crappier tinny beat
hearing mates back from uni complain about being skint despite the fact they've got 8hours of lectures a week, student loan maxed out, catered halls with rent paid for by parents and they don't bother with a job because they're too busy going out every waking hour they're not in lectures
parents shouting at me for spending too much time "getting ratted at the pub" when in fact 90% of my time there is working, during which time i prefer to stay sober so that when the annoying locals start giving me hassle for telling them to go home i'm compos mentis enough to really lay into them about keeping me up when i just want to go home and go to bed - not to mention risking my job, £2000 of my money, my boss' job, where he lives, £20,000 of his money and the next 6months of his life in prison. so YES, i WOULD like you to bugger off at 20past11 when you legally have to!
