Where to buy McLaren F1 GT?

I downloaded the car pack containing this and got the news things saying it had been delivered to British Independants. However, I went to the one with McLarens in it, and only found the F1 and the F1 GTR.

I then went to the one with TVR's and Lotus' in it, and found no McLarens at all.

Where can I find this car? I see people driving around in it.

It is in the south west of the island, look near the yellow-brown area
