Up to now i've been driving ok but only with full driving aid and automatic gearing. I want to move out of this and set decent speeds and times round the track and other race's. Thinking Iwould try it out I got the caterham out put on a manual gearbox and set it to hypersport mode. Got rfound the first few corners and then just went round and round in a cloud of smoke. Have you got any tips on getting the better speed and cornering times?Thanks.

you just don't have to have a lead foot all the time slow down in to the corner, reach the apex the accelerate out, and also congrats on wanting to move out of the full driving aid club! the amount of times i've seen people laugh at me cause i've taken a corner too fast and ploughed into a field lolblue: then they say in a **** driver, they think there god, tell em to do the same corner with driving aids off, and the same thing happens and about 8/10 times they drive off with out saying anything :laugh:

Hey! I use Driving Aids! Leave us alone!
(Helps with Saleen acceleration and handling - no-one can drive the S7 TT without aids, If they say they can they are lieing.)

heres a tip, STAY ON THE ROADS. Step away from the S7 with no aids! good luck tonguegre
Lol, Driving aid?!? My Nan didn't need driving aid :laugh: :laugh: Nah just joking, but I would defintly advise not to use a Catheram for the first experience in the real world (of TDU) :salut2:

Same with the ME4-12 and the CCR. Use a bit of TCS or go nowhere in a big cloud of smoke.

the way to do a fast getaway in a saleen is splattered all over any TDU forum.. you're talking about the little trick with the gears i presume ???

NO AIDS is the only way to play, until hardcore mode then that will be the only way to play, hypersport takes away a little bit of control :nono:

As soon as I get any racing game the 1st thing I do is turn off ALL driving aids.
