How long is DLC available for?

Last time i checked the marketplace, the first DLC packs were not up for download... were they just temporarily offline? or are the removed after a period? I ask, because im on vacation for a month, and i dont want to come home to find i missed the window for the christmas DLC!

All DLC is available forever, or... until the end of Microsoft or Atari , the world or a new xbox comes out.

you must have clicked new releases cos the old one is still there and will be there forever....
