dodgy game

i recently bought a test drive unlimited game from hmv for my christmas but i put it into my new xbox 360 and it came up mixed media disk can i get help i dont know what to do

Do you have other games you can try to make sure it isn't the 360 itself? Try a DVD and a CD for example also. Put the disc in and turn the 360 off, when it starts up select Play Game from the option at the bottom, if this doesn't work but other games and media do then it sounds like a dodgy disc indeed. If you can try the disc on another 360 that would be the best way to know also but only if you have access to another.

well my uncle has saint row and i tried it but it did not work

Saint's Row didn't work on your 360? Sounds like a problem with your 360 if so, try a CD or DVD.

It must be a problem with your 360, try a DVD cleaner just to make sure it isnt a dirty laser-head.
