I know I would pay whatever the asking price for the Ring!
I have couple of great ideas to make TDU even better than it already is.
The creators would no doubt have considered the addition of real racing tracks. Obviously one problem they have is the island doesn’t seem to have one of its own up to the STD of "The Ring". A great addition would be the feature of paying per car per lap to fly them from the airport to real track locations around the globe for track days. Ultimately one track from each of the manufactures home countries. This would open up the ability to have competitions and world championships with entry fees and in game cash prizes, even MS points if sponsorship was sourced. the great thing about it would be that people would have to play TDU a lot to make enough money to enter the competitions which I am guess is what Atari and Eden would want with the release of other racing games looming. I understand that the addition of real life tracks is a costly operation and it also opens up avenues for criticism if the tracks aren’t accurate enough for the die hard's, but it would really make TDU the ultimate racing game of its time!
Or seeing as there is a lot of empty space on the island how about the ability to buy some land to create your own purpose built race tracks? You could invite friends and club members to race on your creations. People would no doubt try and recreate original tracks.
What do you good people think?
