0-60 about on the best day 4.2/1/2 seconds average.. 4.5.
top speed... i have had 144... modified it has a scorpion exhaust and K&N.... soon to get it chipped dyno jetted maybe... alot of money.... right now your beasts... see how they compare

have to mention: at one point (until i was about 7) we had a really nice VW

it was a scirroco, and it was amazing, and dad got it up to 110mph (for a car of the early 80's, thats not bad!)

unfortunately my grandad popped his clogs (:() and we inherited everything, including his VW jetta, the redundant scirroco was sat on the bit at the side of our drive, slowly rusting and being a parts supply, until we finally scrapped it in 2002, which is a pain because we could have kept it as my first car *sigh* would have made a nice restoration project...

As passenger in my dads VW bora 2.0 sport in france on a nice flat motorway with four in the car and full baggage in the boot we was hitting 119mhp max but with no passengers and no baggage i think we could get it to 125 maybe.

We can if we have our learners permit and a Hardship licence. At least around my area you can. Other plces may be more strict. You DO NOT have to have a drivers licence to Drag race. Only at NHRA events is where that comes into play. The tracks we race, the only thing is that you must be able to control your car.

my car tops out at redline at 115. i dont drive in the red though because it makes my engine sound like its going to fly apart... even though im pretty sure it would be fine. my transmission also sounds like a bloody food processor at that speed

dont know about agusta,but ducatis arent the term for quality :) sure they have the charm and looks but you better have deep pocket for maintence.people say rich people buy ducati smart japanese confection :)

never owned any fast cars, i have been over 200km/h a few times, in very old cars :p

a friends e30 325i, just mildly modified, airfilter, chip, exhaust and such, got past 200km/h
he's building a new e30 now, still a 325, only it's got a 2.7 litre engine, quite modified, NA tuned to about 250hp, pretty fast actually, and it's still waiting for more mods, going a diffrent way than others, instead of the 24valve I6 that people usually turbocharge, he's sticking to the 2.7 litre from a 325ie, and is gonna stuff a kompressor on it, already shopped in the hartage rear diff to manage the increase in power once he starts building, i think it'll be a fast car once finished, meanwhile he got a e21 323 rebuilt with the e30 325i engine he had spare, a fast little car too.

His brother however, went for bigger guns, a e34 540i Touring, BMW V8 engine, with a couple tasty treats, measured to 304km/h on GPS on the Autobahn, a really fun car, and such a sexy soundtrack.

i rely on friends for my need for speed :p

Dont talk to me about the isle of man , went there a couple of years ago on my old gsxr srad and hit a roundabout 3 miles before the port at 60mph still went without my bike ,spent night in dougles hospital with dislocated shoulder and went home via my dads car eekblue: bike was in a bad way eekblue:

And yes at those speeds you see a car in the distance, blink and his right infront of you, you need to be on the ball and concentrate very hard,if a car pulls out 1/4 a mile infront, you have very little chance to advoid it eekblue:

This will make you laugh, Toyota Corolla 1.6 saloon on S plate, i topped it out at 140mph with a passenger also it was downhill on the good A303. Going downhill helps alot, on flat i had 125mph on the M4 with the same person sitting next to me.
