This is not out until Patch #3 gets here suposedly at the end of January and I think you have to have downloaded the Xmas DLC aswell.

I Just Got An Update for TDU....But No Hardcore Mode :(
i saw that 2 days ago and IGN eden might have done that and released a few shots and there is also a few more pics about it on IGN
its being released on the 360 to coincide with the PC release of the game.....

Marc what do you mean you got an Update for Tdu? i never got one? still 23 items on the market
there has been a dashboard update and sometimes it disconnects you from XBL just as you start to load up the game and i quickly reconnects you and that could be why people think its for the game but its for the dashboard

Please don't spread unfounded rumours, the upgrade has NOT been released. It will probably happen towards the end of the month.

Hardcore mode would be good (hopefully), but still doesnt cover up the fact that Atari still have a lot of things to do, regarding content, offline / online content problems and also the fact that since the latest dashboard update, TDU keeps freezing...
At least if this console gets problems, it can go back to Game, as Microsoft and Comet are useless, as I havent had my old console back for 3 months. Plus, Microsoft cusotmer services lie to you! So much for putting all these call centres abroad!!

what were you doing when it happend, ive never had mine freeze on me, but r6 vegas did other night
hold your hand on the side of your 360 when if freezes.. how hot does it feel ??? mine used to freeze playing GRAW cause the disc player got so hot

In my past experiences, i have had four consoles and each time the customer service has been excellent, tracking service is also provided so i didnt have any problems. The longest i was without my 360 was 3 weeks and the shortest a week.

Good for you really, because for me, its been a pain. Plus Mircosofts own supervisor admitted to ourselfs and the person in the store at Comet that their customer service was appauling.
And the fact that since November, the order of repair for my console had been cancelled, yet they did not tell us this, and told us it was being repaired at the Teleplan depot. And in late December we got through to someone with half and brain and that could understand you, told us that.
Next week we are going to Comet and getting the store manager, because it is highly unacceptable, and we are not waiting for Microsoft to pull there finger out any more. Plus, I have records for phone calls etc..

April, launch xbox dies. customer support says they will send 'coffin' (they were still supplying these at this time) months later, no coffin
may, try again, this time they say they qre not running coffins and we would need our own box, they would send the labels via email and we should phone UPS when we get them. no labels.
tried again 6 times till we finally got to late june. finally both labels come through. we send off the box and wave it goodbye, expecting a fabled 4 day return.
finger was on the refresh button of the UPS tracking page, and 2 days later it was at the xbox hospital. i was very happy and hoped for a prompt return.
A WHOLE MONTH LATER! microsoft sent an email saying that they had recieved my console that day. no they didnt, it was a month ago... anyway, after that the process took about 6 days, and was posted back. unfortunately this was early september, and i finally got it back exactly a week after TDU came out.
i think they may have lost it in one of their warehouses to be honest, thus the wait between delivery and receiving
so basically i was xboxless for almost 5 months...
