Weird happenings last night

Me and my brother was playing and then i haned the controller to my brother. He then went on to do two things which i have never seen before on the game. He was driving a koenigsegg ccr stage 3 tuning and he broke a police road block. He hit a cop car dead on side on and it just moved forward and he never got caught. Then he had one police on him and randomly the game stopped and a message popped up "You have been issued a ticket: fine $362,000" obviously funds were low so they put me in jail but these hapenenings just seemed really strange for me because it has never happened to me before.

As far as im aware, if you get all 3 Police badges lit up, its an autmatic arest / fine.
From my experience anyway (when there wasn't even a copper in sight)

When Online 3 Badges = Automatic Capture

If a police chase is in proggress you can have all three badges lit up and provided you don't get caught you can get away. But if the game decides you stopped or you slow down massively when a police car is too near you are caught. I know I was caught doing a similar stunt, which resulted in a controller being thrown to the floor and a What the **** being shouted. :mad:

No....Police arent Online in FREERIDE....if your on a mission/Race They Are There

BUT when your in Freeride and get 3 Badges Your Automatically Caught

yeah there is cops online, you just cant see them, if your cop meter thingy is above 1 flashing badge you cant go on your map, if you want to, you have to pay a fine first. oh yeah and when the badges get to 3(online), you are automatically issued a fine because there is no way of them catching you if there is none of them... so i guess they have an advantage in the online mode.. :mad:

now i would love freeride online cops to be in TDU 2, though the logistics just wouldnt work.

you would need assigned spawn points (cop outposts) and if your session switches then the following cops would come with you, making the members of the second session see some cops and a madman pop out of nowhere.

and then there would be the inconvenience of roadblocks to people not in chase.

Cops should also pursue offroad

and a helecopter that follows your chase.
