Can any one explain this?

I was looking for guides and cheats and things like that for TDU when i found this (http://uk.guides.ign.com/guides/747892/page_3.html) on IGN... It sais that there are cars like the Cadillac Sixteen in TDU, ive never seen the Cadillac Sixteen on TDU. There are some others that i havent seen either. Any ideas or thoughts?

Then again, there's no mention of cars that have been released already. Or the Aston Martin DB4. So you could ignore it.
